- Diana Pittis is hosting an Art Open House at her home and studio in Daniels with four Tamarack compatriots, Doug Coleman, Elaine Bliss, Robby Moore and Nancy O'Farrell on Saturday, November 7 from 10 am to 6 pm. Flyer below
- West Virginia Dance Company's founder and Artistic Director, Toneta Akers-Toler, is polishing her newest modern dance work, Apocalypse: Bach/Revealed, for WVDC's Beckley Fall Concert on November 8, 3 pm at Woodrow Wilson Auditorium. Set to contemporary variations of Bach, classical meets jazz, spoken word and a few of their friends, the choreography is thoughtful and timely. Visit their YouTube channel for some moments during rehearsal, come to the Fall concert to see the finished piece.
